We have found that a Risk Managed Approach using an EPCM model provides excellent results for our clients and their investors. Under this approach Canadian Projects Limited provides the technical planning and design for preparation of the project concept through to the bid documents, provides all technical support to ensure the client gets all aspects of the project requested, we then oversee the construction and commissioning.
This approach allows Canadian Projects Limited, with the knowledge and background of all these facets, to provide high-quality insight early on in each phase to steer the project to a successful outcome and minimize late-notice and ill-definition related conflicts. The efficiency of this approach helps eliminate regulatory approval delays or impacts and allows adaptation at minimal cost as changed conditions occur. We have successfully implemented this approach for the design and construction of dozens of our renewable energy projects in Canada.
